Kvasir’s programme is constructive and empirical. Each study declares its question, baseline, metrics, data rights, safety controls, conflicts, and publication plan before work begins.

Define governance, conflicts, data controls, resource sharing, publication commitments, and study roles.

Publish the process specification, glossary, example record, and public issue log.

Compute convergence

Run reproducible demonstrations using synthetic or permitted materials and clear baseline comparisons.

Stress and recovery

Test unequal contribution, incomplete evidence, disputed outcomes, gaming attempts, and recovery paths.

Human–machine collaboration

Compare human-only and AI-assisted review with accountable human oversight.

External validation

Proceed only where an external case can test a stated question and publish a meaningful result.
